This was awesome. Thanks for all the amazing interviews, they sure help to pass the day.

Also, thank you for obsessing about your cast iron. It made me feel a little more normal.

Can’t you get a ceramic-coated iron pot?

your show is the purest best on the market.  no credit card needed.

How to season a cast iron pan: gently clean off anything that sticks to the pan. Use salt if you need to gently scrub it. You can use a little water. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in it and rub it around. Then warm it on the stove at lowest setting or in any warm place. Just for a few minutes.

You guys should have done the interview at a restaurant, maybe over some sushi late at night.

I didn’t expect to like this one but ended up really enjoying it. Anthony sounds like a interesting guy. Good episode Marc.

I’ve been surfing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be much more useful than ever before.

Great episode!  Bourdain’s efforts to build understanding through food is very inspiring.  In fact, I just now tried to make my own culinary delight in honor of this episode, and, yes, Marc, my onion rings clumped up, too.

I can not thank you adequately for the posts on your web site. I know you’d put a lot of time and effort into them and hope you know how much I appreciate it. I hope I’ll do exactly the same for someone else at some point.

Treat your cast iron pans much like your show business career. So you lose a little patina, feel a little washed out… just grease it up and keep cooking. Relax.

Had a bout of insomnia and began listening at 2 am. So much for sleep. Great interview. Fascinating guy.
