Nitpick - I think you meant Allan Bloom, not Harold. Allan wrote - The Closing of the American Mind, or whatever, back in the late 80’s/early 90’s. He’s not a big fan of rock. He was from Chicago. Harold Bloom is the Yale guy who’s mr-deep-thinker and no doubt couldn’t be bothered with rock in the first place.
(I acknowledge I am now that guy.)
Otherwise - Great stuff and good to hear Iggy.

After listening to the Iggy interview I immediately played it again. Thank you, Thank you.

FYI Bobby Fuller wrote I fought the law but he did have the eddie cochran sound, check out Bobby’s story he was found dead beaten in a burning car in LA after he was dating Nancy Sinatra and it was ruled a suicide.

Another great ep.
I gotta say, your recent string of music interviews have been great. What are the chances you could book Tom Waits??? He’s funnier than a lot of comics and he makes killer music!
Seriously. Could it happen? Is it possible?
See who's been on the show and where to get access for each and every episode.
