Re: Deaf feral cat. I know you might have thought of this already but if you do catch him and get him to the vet you might be able to release him to a local feral cat colony. Where I live we have a feral cat colony we donate time and food to.

Marc, I agree with your initial instinct.
You wondered if you were being selfish wanting to release him back into his territory. I think it’d be selfish to take it upon yourself to control him. Let him continue to take his own chances—I bet if he could even conceive of the decision, he’d choose to do his own thing.
Life is fleeting for all of us. Your friend the deaf, half-blind feral cat is a testament to perserverence, and the best way to honor that is to let him keep doing what he does. It’d be awesome if you could lend him a brief hand with the eye, but then let him be who he is out there.

I loved the interview with Hunt Sales. I was a huge Soupy Sales fan when I was a kid. As I was listening to the interview, the voice clicked. That is, I realized how much Hunt sounds just like his father. Maybe a little raspier, but it is the same voice. Very haunting.

You broke my heart talking about the cat. Hope you can trap him and get him fixed up - poor guy is living a tough life. You are a good person - Thanks for caring. I’ll be listening for updates.

this was a kick ass episode, and your guitar solo with Brendon Small was excellent. You have great feel and tone. Seriously: we really need to get you one of our Yamaha THR10 amps!! I’ll figure out a way…
