This was just an awesome episode.  I keep waiting for you guys to run out of good guests and you keep pulling a Doug Benson or an Azis Ansari out of the hat.

Weird.  Right after I listened to this, I had an urge to rewatch Yacht Rock, and what do I see in episode 2?  Doug Benson as a stoned to the bone Peter Cetera!  Kismet.

Another great episode! It was great to hear a bit more about Doug. The fact he was an extra in Blade Runner really impressed me, its one of my favorite science fiction films of all time! Thanks Marc for the continued high quality pod casts.

Listening to the Doug Benson.  PLEASE make the new CD another double disc!  The last one was glorious.  I have a feeling that this next one is going to be even better.

So I’m not a big fan of Benson. I don’t care for Weed or pot humor. But as fate would have it this past Sunday i was invited to see Benson at the Improv in Tampa. It was the Sunday show and we received and improv special so it was only $1 per person for entry. I have to say I was plesently surprised I enjoyed the entire show and Benson was pretty Funny. So I find it funny that this episode feature Benson. I hope after listing that i will have an even higher opinion of Benson. Marc Hope you make it to Tampa in the future maybe it could be a little side trip on one of your trips to visit your mom.

Am I right that this is the Doug Benson who “dissed” the Candian military and Canadians in general on a Fox News TV show ?  I think it is.

I enjoyed the interview but Id sure like to hear him explain his comments and his take on all that as well as what he was doing on Fox News as a regular? 

I know this isn’t a political blog but this kinda rankles me as a Canadian and as a non-fan of Faux News and how come this guy’s being prtrayed as such a great guy here when there is reason to think otherwise ..

Love the Neutral Milk Hotel intro.  I was always annoyed by Benson on those VH1 best week ever shows but he was much more tolerable in this podcast.

My favorite parts of these are the comedians’ perspective of performing stand-up.

Great show.
As to the Fox thing, he just shouldn’t have done that show with that bunch of scum. What he said was pretty benign though. Kind of making fun of himself.

Fox’s Red Eye show is probably the most depressing thing I have ever seen.
