Hey Marc,  For many years I thought that if I could sit down with any 2 people for dinner, the most interesting couple, it would have been Mel Brooks and Anne Bancroft.  Congrats on a really great conversation, man.

This was a great episode and very enlightening.  Mr. Maron, it’s been a great pleasure listening your interviews and following your rising success and growing popularity.  I look forward to Thursday and whatever surprises that may bring.  I felt your energy and happiness at the end of this episode.  L’chei-im!

Marc, I love you man, I want to thank you for letting us all go on this journey with you. You are so uniquely an inhabitable everyman, albeit a terribly smart, eclectic, articulate everyman. Vicariously we’ve all been able to sit in with you talking and mostly connecting with these titans, these gods, these talented men and women, and I can’t tell you how much joy I got out of hearing how happy you were to be experiencing in real time probably one of the most amazing experiences in your life, it filled me with so much zeal, to know that underdogs can win very VERY big. I hope a late night show happens for you, (been wanting that for some years now) but more than that I want all your dreams to come true, keep it up man, what an inspiration

Love the show, but the Mel Brooks interview it s one of the greatest. Such a fascinating guy.
If you see him again tell him that in Spain people know more lines from “spaceballs” than “starwars”. A true living legend

I don’t think I’ve enjoyed 2 interviews more than the Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner interviews. I’ve listened to these 2 guys on talk shows and press about them for decades and yet Marc got fresh stories and views out of these guys. The interviews were just so damn touching and entertaining. Thanks.
